Birdal Çalt was born in İzmir in 1994. She graduated from Adnan Menderes University, Department of Banking and Insurance in 2016. After completing her internship at Ziraat Bank, she entered the call center sector with the opportunity she encountered and worked in many departments such as sales, team leadership and quality measurement for 7 years.
