Principles of Mobile Site Design Digital Tips
Increasing customer trust in the mobile internet for research and discovery, made the mobile internet more important than ever for companies. So, how to have a good mobile site? To answer this question, Google and the Answer Lab have explored how users interact with different mobile sites. The study was conducted with attendees at 119-hour usability sessions in California and San Francisco. Study wanted participants to do some key tasks on their phones. Both Android and iOS users were included. We asked participants to complete conversion-focused tasks such as purchasing, booking or plan / price research for each site. Participants expressed their thoughts voiced while performing their duties, and then assessed their experience at each site.
